One thing i always liked about Lee is that he's one of the few pros who's honest about his eating. There's a shitload of bodybuilders who try to bullshit us how they only eat chicken breast + egg whites + brown rice etc. Thankfully Lee atleast have allways had the balls to be honest of what he does.
i keep tellin you over and over THERE IS NO SUCH A THING AS BODYBUILDING DIET !!! THE ONE WHO KEEP THE STUPID DIET IS THE ONES WHO NEVER SEE ANYTHING OVER 180LB 5'10 COMPETITION WEIGHT
a bodybuilder who actually eat clean look on stage like stavios 5'11 or so 180-190lb 5-6%,,and thats ONLY if on hormones,,
take natural put him on clean diet he will never see anything over 165-175lb at 6% on clean diet at 5'10 or so
