I did listen to Hiphop in the nineties a lot, mostly NWA and then Ice Cube, Dre and Snoop Dogg, but it got ridiculous soon.

I like the play on words though, and most Ice Cube albums were also very political records, intelligent stuff there.

Sorry, I don't know Japanese but I do know some Ancient Greek still and those words are timeless...

Yeah, tons and tons and 'knowing' is a strange term. I studied Ancient Greek for a few years and retain some but that language is so difficult that unless you study it everyday you will forget a lot. I guess kind of like Kanji. Nicht umsonst war es die Sprache der Philosophen.

One example of a European language I don't know is embarrassingly Hungarian. I have the passport but only know a dozen words, however I plan to rectify that in the future.
