B17 aka laetrile aka nitrilosides is one part of the puzzle but certainly not all of it.  It's a combination of shitty food aka lacking lots of things not just nitrilosides.  Major pollution.  I'd say the decreaes in quality of food i.e. monoculture farming, destruction of the top soil, processed food etc. combined with pollution is the major cause nowadays.  Anyone that thinks cancer is not on the rise is a moron.

No.  It's pretty much circumstantial.  The fact is the content of nitriloside content in our food has decreased dramatically along with lots of  other vitamins and minerals.  There is no PROOF that exercise prevents heart disease but we are all better off if we get it.  Proof is a very subjective word.

I would think that there are at least scientific studies suggesting that exercise prevents heart disease. It's not like the B17 hype is the only one. Other "doctors" suggest e.g. Vitamin C loading to heal cancer. The list goes on.
