The one near the train tracks (on Randolph Rd) is the main one I train at, its about 5 mins from my place.

The other one is fairly new and opened up in Rockville Town Center (Further down on Rovkille Pike 355) near the Regal Cinema there. I train legs at that one, because I like the equipment there better (minus the mirror-less squat rack). Its smaller, and very "TRENDY/Yuppy" but clean and really nice equipment.

I've trained at the Greenblet Golds once - I didn't think it was ghetto lol, plus its quite big!

What you doing at planet Fitness anyways?

i liked greenbelt golds before the new management...its under new management now..and its wierd..i dont like the front deak folks there at all...

back in the day i used to train at Capital fitness in Riverdale MD...Magic Danes place...ever go there?

To be honest, I've only been back in town for a few months, so I'm still not familiar with everyone there yet. But there are a bunch of massive dudes that hit it up hard. 7 pm is a BITCH, and ridiculously crowded! but all other times is alright!

Bowie and Rockville are longs way away LOL? you can drive that much to get to the gym? :-)

i used to teach in rockville across from white flint mall..so the drive is no biggie..and i eat out in rockville quite a bit..Esp at Far east (check it out)..my buddy Rob works out there...(if ya see a big black dood with dreds making kissing noises when he lifts

and sure we can grab a workout together...if ya wanna train with someone weak (for now) but at a non crazy buzy time...i dont wanna wait 30 mins to let someone finish doing curls in the squat rack $:-\$

Toxic you were actually going to pay the $15 guest fee at planet fagness or just going to join??

I was told "this will be your last workout here" when I went to the planet fggness here, guy bought the old gold's which Iwas a member at and told all of the old members to basically fck off so palent fagness could take off ---- it works here cause it weeds out all the redneck stupid fcks I have to train with at 'resultZ fitness' -- always a gddamne pissing contest at 5pm EVERYDAY
