Isn't is a fact that we discussed this in a formal posting regarding some dude in Tx who was "thinking about distributing roids" and even though he did not follow through ... he was still subject to a criminal offense?

Or .... some crazy legal situation like that?

Not exactly correct...If you were thinking about assassinating the president and shared it with someone who blows you in, you may find yourself in some major shit, despite not actually doing antthing...yet

Premeditation - With planning or deliberation. The amount of time needed for premeditation regarding an act depends on the person and the circumstances. I would assume that this judgment would be very subjective, as I can't imagine the number of times I've said that I hoped someone would take out George Bush, know what I'm saying? Or, how about someone drops a dime on you for said assassination 'thoughts' and you haven't given it the time of day?

Well, she claimed 170 and it was only after Tapper pointed out that Einstein's IQ was estimated at 160 that she revised it downward. She was apparently "mistaken".
