I tried this stuff finally and I gotta say that its very good! I like to have one of those cans of Campbells Chunky soup for lunch but it doesnt have enough protein to be considered a meal for me. I throw in a scoop of True Protein broth and its good to go. It tastes great (I add a little salt though) and mixes easily (far easier than classic flavors). I have tried the chicken and beef flavors and will try the bean and onion in the next few days. This is a great option to have when laying out a diet too!
