Its very hard to value any page with simply page ranking - hits -uniques and such.
My own page ranks at $11373.4 USD which is bollox - If i ever decide to sell Apacheclips especially since the page is not monatized but is rather
supported by the community with Donations (which pays for the dedicated and unmetered server) I would never get 10k for it.

If you want a good evauluation you need to either pay somebody or better go to Sitepoint and pay for some cheap credits so you can have that massive community evaluate your page - and trust me fellas most of the people on Sitepoint make a living by buying pages so they know EXCATLY what is worth it.
