"MGF, which is produced naturally when muscles are stretched during exercise, activates stem cells already present in muscle tissue, Goldspink explained. Once activated, the stem cells begin to divide and create additional muscle fibers that increase the size and strength of the muscle."

There seems to have been some controversy about whether hgh actually creates additional fibers rather than just strengthen and thicken existing fibers. MGF seems to, at least with the elderly. I know I always feel sore the next day when I do movements the emphasize the stretched position like pec dec for chest and Nautilus pullover for lats. Those guys at IronMan are always pushing the stretched/pre-stretched movements which they call X-reps but back in the Larry Scott days they called burns.

Is the existing MGF on the market legit and is it done locally like igf?
