Damn. If this is for real you are the hardest mofo on Getbig by a long way.

Can you offer advice for someone with slow feet and balance issues in judo? The mats were squishy, not tatami, but everyone else was doing just fine. I haven't been back to it since I hurt my back, but when I was going it seemed like my legs always let me down in randori. Any good exercises for foot speed and balance?
