lean and gay smallish looking =result of natural doing a hard diet you lose fat and muscle rapidly but you lose fat extremely fast. i am going to try this non training/hard diet approach for a good week for extreme rippedness

i acheived a very similar condition of just 2.5 days when i went to the beach and had about 5 peices of fruit per day , didnt work out, but did some biking along the coast at low intensity
basically bottom line and my point is its best to NOT workout but diet HARD . the reason for not working out while dieting hard is to CONSERVE homeostasis type energy, in other words simple activity energy
when you workout hard you deplete shit very fast and have all sorts of nutritional demands, and there is a much higher potential for fatgain
