Day 5/7

Rest. Switched from protein shakes to fish and stopped with the soda, as suggested by Layne's guide.

Nutrition:
Lunch at Home: homemade sesame chicken schnitzel with roasted tomatoes and cabbage, white wine, vanilla ice cream with banana and honey.
Rest of the Day: 600g codfish.



Only that in one entire day?

Man I would melt away lol.

Day 6/7

Rest. Switched to zander filet because it has less salt. Started some carbing up today.

Nutrition:
Lunch at Home: homemade filet mignon hash browns.
Rest of the Day: 1lb zander filet.
Preparation for tomorrow: a little bit of carbing up in the evening (I didn't eat all the candy of course).

Day 7/7

Some pumping up.

Nutrition:
Breakfast: two eggs.
Until 6pm: chicken tornedos, fried peppers, candy.
At 4pm: lactose-free ice cream and 1.5g of salt.
Dinner: duoble whopper with onion rings, 9 hot wings, potatoe wedges, ben & jerry's ice cream, cookies, caramel cheese cake, haagen-dazs ice cream, rum-coconut balls, alcohol-free beer.

its gonna be cool when Im juiced up and try to take the conditioning into a new level

Yeah it's strange, my back is also in good condition year round, but I have never been that dry before.

Just the fat/water would melt if you got enough protein as I have. :)

I can have lovehandles but when I flex I can still see "abs" in the middle lol.

And my legs are always rock hard.

I gave up on WLDP because unless I precisely count that one big meal (which for me was in the morning) I couldn't get the deficit correct. Now with just chicken/white fish/greens and shakes I don't need to count....
I hate the State.

you would look 100 times better if you did a haaard diet and then clean bulk like I did.

maby we would have to terminate THG then though =(

Am doing the hard diet again...but THG will be forever. Can't change that.

It's all experience. I went to the same chinese buffet for quite some time and somehow learned to estimate how much I could eat. Once you have learned it at one place, it's much easier in different places and with different foods. But counting calories and eating crap works too of course. ;D

Food looks great I was licking the screen.  If you ever have trouble in your career you should be a food stylist / photographer, or a chef if it tastes as good as it looks.

Physique is proportional, symmetrical and well developed.  Lats look to be lagging a bit but I think that is because of the way you are hitting the pose.  If you work on scapular mobility a bit I bet it will look a lot thicker.
