It is a REALLY traditional Italian cake that is not really found anywhere in the United States.  It consists of 7 oz of almond flour, 7 eggs, and 8 oz of white chocolate along with lemon.


Really, really Italian.  The recipe we used was from Napoli from Materita.

It looked like this but we had a picture of our Greyhound dusted out in confectioners sugar.

Or you could just fire the employees not necessary for your firms core competency/CSF and outsource their work to India or something :D

And perhaps threaten to end the lives of critical employees if they ever chose to leave or become less than 99% dedicated :D
