why no training?
had to sell my home gym for cash, also was made homeless and had no job for food or gym membership

started my new job now though and have cash, just no energy to train.
my diet consists of 280 g of protein a day with no carbs or fats mon-fri. then eat what i like over the weekend

i'm on my feet all day at work so i'm pretty tired at the end of everyday - no carbs or fats just adds to it.
but i'm hoping after another month of diet and work i'll be much lihter and have more energy to train.
also the gyms around here are shit - my only real choices are 1 thats really close but only has machines and a maximum set of 50lb db's

or a gym that has 100lb db's and a few free weight +machines but is 20m min drive.

both are pretty expensive too
my home gym was beter, but i was scared i'd fall through the floor
