burger meat good source of protein?

I i recall well, Palumbo said that its an excellent protein source.

i dont remember more of what he said though

It has the highest Bioavailability of any protein

It works great for building up chest and legs, while whey powder works better for guys with small forearms and calves

Any negative aspects of eating beef can be counteracted by drinking beer with it....everybody knows that.

haha yes chimps.  The hops in beer is well known to convert all sources of calories to only good nutrients.  Just think how much better you think you look after a few beers?  :)

Yes, and it's amazing how much more I've accomplished and experienced when I describe it when I've had a few.....my life sounds pretty damn good after about 12-14 cold ones.... ;D
