Props for posting..most flamers have shit to say but would never post their pic. Tired of people using GB for their personal dumping ground. Anyway, great progress, most naturals start off looking like you and consistantly improve as they learn what works for them personally.

Keep it up..use the negative energy here as motivation to keep doing what you do. If you are lifting for yourself and nothing else..who cares what they think anyhow.

Though most like to come in and rip on dudes posting pics because they think they are trying to get attention...has anyone ever thought it helps others to stay motivated?

When dieting, we all know it FUCKING sucks ass and we work and make our bodies do shit it doesn't want to do. I'm dieting down right now and motivation to keep eating the bland meals, 2x the cardio with sore joints etc... is found when I see others going through a similar transformation.

Only suggestion I would have for you bro is tanning. Otherwise I think your progress is looking good. All these "Mass Monsters" on here weren't born "Huge" and at some point in their life looked like you do know if not worse. Everyone had a "starting point" body that transforms over the years to = huge with dedication, perseverance and consistency.

I have no beef with anyone here on GB but even the most muscular guy on this forum once was in the "finding what works for my body so I can reach my goals" stage.
