i would like to continue with my morning workouts but find 9 times out of 10 im so tired after an intense morning workout i want to either sleep or not go to work or delay my heading to work or if i work out later in the day ill eat a bunch of food then fall out asleep sometimes very early
i find about anything with protien sugar or fat does this but i know gatorade is supposobly specially formulated?
ive never really drank gatorade for a workout since its all sugar and electorolytes but no vitamins
i think im going to give it a shot, im not worried about calories , seems like a good idea but i dont know if youd get a shitty sugar crash
