Dems are jst sitting back and quoting repubs as they talk trash about her. 

She was an inconsistent gov with lots of Qs about troopergate firing, her house construction, lots of fees the state paid to drive her family around, her getting that per diem to work from home, etc etc.  Plus she spent a nice chunk of her term campaigning for VP, then iving speeches in indianan for anti-abortion causes.

Alaska probably would have been better served with a GOV who stayed home and focused upon alaska's issues.  Palin didn't do that.  She had national aspirations and, just like obama, merely used the job as a stepping stool to higher things.

I dont have a problem with a surcharge when the oil is coming from the ground where the state is located. 

Its almost like a rebate more than a tax to the oil company.

well we get plenty of other natural resources in this country (our collective wealth) that get sold on the open market to the highest bidder.  Shouldn't we all get a paycheck for that too.
