i did a 1 week experiment 5 weeks into my 500mg test e cycle.
for the first 4 weeks i was growing by 2kg a week so i decided not to diet for a week but just train. i noticed that i didnt gain weight or lose weight. after the week was over i went back to dieting and training and grew another 2 kg.
does that mean while i was dieting i was gaining muscle or is it just the water retention holding on to the protein i was eating?
