Best show on network TV by far.  The British version is great, but they are meant for totally different audiences.  The British one is much darker and it does have a cringe factor that is off the charts.  I saw it before the American one, but I think the American one is great as well. 

I've only caught Curb a couple of times, don't have HBO, and not enough to really get into it.  Maybe I was expecting too much.

it stemmed from the british version of office.

only made 14 episodes - more intelligent humour. Pure embarassing to watch at times.

American office is excellent though - Both great

The wife and I love the Office....favorite show.
