Shit, I used to do the exact same split until last week. I think I'm back to it next cycle... "Shoulder day" = overkill for cannonballed individuals... like the DONS.



Will also give me a chance to focus better on my overshadowed arms... shit they're still ~19" cold but look like gumbos next to my delts  :-\
