PS - Here are a few more examples I can add.
1. I know a girl who often has one night stands. She in particular loves to picks up guys, and then once they are having sex and the guy is nearing coming, she tells them "stop, I don't think we should do this, etc" and tries to push them off her. She estimates that 80% of them will forcefully keep going, which she loves, and "rape her" until they come. Further, she is actually secretly dissappointed at the guys who stop when she askes them to, considering them to be wimps. I don't consider the guys in this situation who keep thusting until they blow their load to be insane.
2. Almost any guy who lives in Japan will tell you that when you are out with a girl, you need to "rape" them if you want the relationship to progress to a sexual one. What happens in Japanese culture is that when the man tries to initiate sex (its never ever initiated by the girl) the girl (or at least any decent one) MUST refuse. If she appears eager, let alone willing, she will be considered a slut by the man (ie not suitable for a relationship). So, when the man starts "raping her" she will say things like "no, stop, etc" and during the act of sex will "scream", things like "no, it hurts, stop, please stop etc" (look at any Japanese porn vid and you will see what I mean). Of course this type of "raping" needs to be done in a culturally acceptable way - when taking here clothes off, she needs to resist, but let you use just enough effort to get them off without tearing them, she wil try to not let you take her panties off, but eventually after a bit of an attempt by her to stop you they come off, etc. (One could not for example simply grab a women off the street and rape her there on the spot). But in any case, this kind of Japanese "date rape" is another example of men who are technically "raping" but yet surely are not insane doing this.
