everybody today should try something.
i made a thread about this before and the reply was dismal. i thought everybody on here would do this.
put on music, whatever is your favorite music. make it something that has a good melody/beat/rythm, thats possible to move to.
nthen get in front of a mirror that will allow you to see all of your body, in good lighting. either wear a tank top, or take your shirt off. either be wearing under wear, or pull your shorts up so your legs show, or just go naked.
then just start flexing your muscles. flex it to the music. like a posing routine, if you want.
once you start doing it, im sure youll do it everyday and find yoursel fi front of the mirror flexing for 30mins at a time..
