I haven't been to a public gym for months, since i got a power rack i'v been training at home.
I may go back for a day to see if they have had any new equipment or the layout has changed.
All the regulars who probably think i gave up on weightlifitng would be suprised at the progress i made lol.
the main problem with training only free weights is that you have to do 8 sets of squats for Legs lol.
