No problem wearing a t shirt with a snug fit.  If you are a big dude, to have an all over loose fit you have to wear a XXXL.

and that hangs down to your knees, which also looks shitty. I don't want to look like a fucking rapper

Im not saying I never ever wear tight t-shirts anymore but my friends who have been training a year or so and have a little muscle wear them always
I guess you get to a stage where even in a shirt and tie you still look like you have 20inch arms so no point accentuating it too much

I don't like when shirts look like they are painted on, but a nice fitting shirt ALWAYS looks better than a baggy one.
Same goes for dress shirts and pants.  If you get them fitting right they always look better.
