Does some interesting bodyweight movements in this vid for bi's.  I believe he does something similar for triceps with a movement he calls the 'triceps ladder'

...great physique BTW

Those Ladder Extensions are great. Only reason why I would not do them is that it's pretty hard to add any weight. They work great as the final touch to a super/tri-set though!

As well, I remember an older M&F article on Arnold, where Arnold picked all his favorite exercises for each body part...and that was his favorite triceps movement.

I see he does the Gironda DB swings for shoulders.  Great movement right there.  Gives the delts a real round look.  I hope Brandon does well as a pro.
