At least its closer to a cool temperature where ever he's at. We have Ugandan nationals on the base I'm stationed at and recently I saw a female wearing a winter coat. The temp that day was dancing between 103 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit.

I never understood how black guys could wear head gear in the summer..I tried it and was reallly hot and unconfortable

manion dont run ami, makes money for his son.  if they cant give it back to jay or dex...phil will get the pic over kai.  he's a continuation of small man era which started with dex who was an insurance policy for him to reign for the next 4-6 yrs.
