kfc grilled chicken meal

i ate this yesterday:

1 chicken breast, 1 wing, biscuit, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw.

50g protein, 31g fat 70 carbs,  - 760 calories - $3.99

I crushed a potato bowl for a snack yesterday

its what you eat if yo're really diesel and not stuck in twink status

You got 35, if you're lucky. 

Glad you enjoyed it, but anything you can make at home - including Ramen noodles - is better than that crap they served you.

I know you're black and you're an expert, but I have enough experience with eating chicken to know how much protein was in it.     ;D

fast food 'chicken' appears to be like only maybe 50% actual chicken. it doesnt look like ordinary chicken breast. inside it looks all spongy and weird.
