you act like kevin is so honest,,,alot of bbers lie about their weight bro just like phil heath who by the way brok the silence when folks said he weighed 265,,when in reality he weighed only 235 for the Mr. O it makes them a bigger man,,kevein right now is about 195lbs to 200lbs no tthe 230lbs,,,back in the day kevin was 230lbs and was a lot bigger than he is NOW,,

Dorian was only 235-230 pounds
Ronnie was only 220-225 pounds
Paul Dillet was only 245 pounds
Nasser was only 250 pounds
Flex was only 200 pounds

That might not be too far from the truth. One bodyweight I believe was Arnold's 235. I usually compare to that and take the height into account.

On Shawn Ray's Final Countdown backstage at the 1998 Mr. O, he and Kev shook hands, and Kev dwarfed him, I do believe Shawn was 215 at that contest, for he was aiming to be bigger and he said he was about 215-218. And Kev looked more than 15 heavier than Shawn!

Now, when Flex Wheeler competed at the 1992 USA's they have up on the screen that he was 235, when in fact he was 215.

So you have it both ways, Kev was about 235, when he first startd on th pro scene, but he had Dorian and Paul Dillett to contend with so he had to "grow" to 250+, and then he went down some during the Ronnie era due to his back issue, which prevented him from training legs.
