Nah. A person isn't necessarily smarter, more qualified, or more accomplished solely because they have an advanced degree as opposed to an undergrad degree.

But you were just dissing her academic performance. That was a large part of your analysis. How was Biden's academic performance?

Mal I have been through higher ed, as have you.

I have business clients who never went to college who in my mind are far more capable of running a business and organization than most of the people I have met who went to law school.

Higher Ed is important, but it is not the end all and be all.

Regarding Biden's plagiarism and academic performance:

The faculty ruled that Mr. Biden would get an F in the course but would have the grade stricken when he retook it the next year. I'd like to see Hilary or even an Evan Buyh challenge Obama for the 2012 nomination. And I'd like to see the Repubs run a much stronger candidate than they did in 2008.
