you can also consciously fall asleep as well as wake up to another dream, thinking you already woke up

*Playing Twilight Zone song* nananana

One can always look at some detail, look away and look back to check if what one woke up to = a dream. In dreams, details most often don't stay constant.

Fuck I think thats what happened like a year ago. It was the most terrifying thing ive ever experienced.

I Though I woke up but I woke up into a dream.

its to complicated to explain what happened in english.

But man it was fucking terrifying. And I hope that it will Never happen again.

I once woke up and noticed that I still had my headphones on, playing music. So I took them off but the music kept playing in my head. The reason was that I really had just woken up to another dream and the headphones IRL were still on my ears playing the music.

I "woke up" paralyzed on the floor, right at the doorway into my room,  at my moms house, I could hear my mom in the kitchen and I tried to yell to her her but she couldnt her me nor see me and I could just semi yell because my voice didnt work like nromal, and she should have been able to see me because my door opens and the kitchen is right there, and my vision was super blurry etx, everything was strange as hell and felt SOO strange and real. My god.

I thought that I had become paralyzed in my sleep. And I couldnt tell anyone.

If you felt paralyzed, you have probably gained semi consciousness while waking up to real life and got stuck in between. The voice sounding like with a hall effect is also a common thing.

I dont think I could make any noice at all actually, It just didnt work.

"gained semi consciousness while waking up to real life and got stuck in between" sounds about right though. Horrific. If that happened every morning one would go mentally Insane.

It was just a question, and the same question goes to you.

Do you ever get creeped out of anything in a movie? (just "jumping in your seat" from sudden loud sounds does not count).

When you wake up into another dream, it's different. You are convinced that you are awake, maybe feel a little off. You can move around and hear things, but often you can't see anything. It's easy to find out actually if you just switch the light on and still can't see anything.

That's nothing compared to what can happen in a lucid dream.

it's like IRL, most fear is an illusion and can be overcome pretty quickly and easily

Yes. There are very interesting experiences too, e.g. if you fall asleep consciously, you can feel how your body goes into regeneration mode. That's something no drug can ever replicate.

Have you practiced falling asleep consciously?

99% of the times fear is triggered in people, it is no rational reason for it being triggered and it only causes negativity.

the fear I had then was soo intense.

Probably 10 times more then any fear ive ever had in my life IRL.

Well IRL the overcoming isn't that easy, but most fear is fabricated, no?
