You can find it by yourself. It`s after Randleman win on Crocop. He asks to Voronov: "Who won? guy? Oh that`s changes our plans".

HA what a bunch of crap, your mad because crocop lost to fedor. Croatian?

Yeah he "lost" because of a cut.  So he didnt really loose as in loosing because because he was a worse fighter then his opponent,

Stupid fucking "judges". should have been called a "non contest"

It was a tournament, that's the only reason he lost, someone had to go on to the next round...he was cut, so the healthier guy that could fight moved on.

I don't consider it a loss, in my eyes he is undefeated. He has never lost in combat.

Yup. And in Japan they don't slather people down with Vaseline or anything so if you take an illegal elbow or a good blow that opens up some scar tissue in a tourney, you're unfortunately fucked. That technicality aside, he hasn't been beaten in MMA but some of his decision wins are questioned by some. Not by me though, Fedor is a freak of fucking nature. 8)

Regarding Fedor's training I wonder how his diet is, because he is fat (don't take me wrong, I think he is the best athlete)

I think watching him do pullups was much more impressive...He looks like he could rip out about 30 full length pullups...Just insane at that weight...

I would love to see him fight Brock. I have no damn clue how that would turn out.
Maybe Fedor just leglocks him or something.

Speeds up the healing process of the muscles,
Or so ive been told.

I think its actually been proven to be beneficial..

"Taking an after exercise plunge in an ice water bath (a tub of 12 to 15 degrees Celsius ice water) is a common practice among many elite athletes as a way to recover faster, and reduce muscle pain and soreness after intense training sessions or competitions. From elite runners like Paula Radcliff to nearly all professional rugby players, the ice bath is a standard practice routine. "

More info :
http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/sampleworkouts/a/Ice-Bath.htm

"The theory behind ice baths is related the fact that intense exercise actually causes microtrauma, or tiny tears in muscle fibers. This muscle damage not only stimulates muscle cell activity and helps repair the damage and strengthen the muscles ( muscle hypertrophy), but it is also linked with delayed onset muscle pain and soreness (DOMS) , which occurs between 24 and 72 hours after exercise.

The ice bath is thought to:

    * Constrict blood vessels and flush waste products, like lactic acid, out of the affected tissues
    * Decrease metabolic activity and slow down physiological processes
    * Reduce swelling and tissue breakdown

I'm sure a hot sauna has similar benefits to elite athletes, all the crap just pours out through your sweat. Sauna is amazing.

Emmit Smith swore by Ice baths and tells every running back/football player that its what made him so good for so long

have you seen his brother fight? even more calm than Fedor. he was yawning while the other guy looked like he wanted to rip him to pieces. he knocked the guy out in about 18 seconds.
