I've been living in Kuwait since 1995. I don't know about a shopping cart but you can walk into most pharmacies and get pretty much what you want. As the years have gone by it seems that the authorities may be cracking down a little more. You may actually get turned away at some pharmacies. Even with that, access to AAS is as easy as stopping at the corner store for cigarettes back in the US. You can hit the pharmacies or just go to the local gym. There are always self proclaimed Guru's that will help you out.

In Australia we can't even get certain things in the protein powders that you can in the USA.

The restrictions are a bit stupid over here.

People must think so. I know a guy in claims who said a guy filed a claim for a burglary that resulted in 15 bottles of test being stolen from his home. It's legal though cause he got a prescription. No pharmacy would dispense 15 10cc bottles at one time. Currently being investigated for fraud....

Lol! I gotta buddy who did make his own. Apparently was making some pretty good shit for awile him being a chemical engineer and all. In Ireland they arent available to buy in a pharmacy but in Turkey on holidays a few yrs back I got 60amps of Organon Sust no problem in a pharmacy
