I have tried hot sauce, steam rooms, and everything else in the book.

I have found the best solution is to visit the park near my house and run some 5 on 5 basketball with a bunch of 18 to 20 year old kids.  After getting my ass whooped for about 30 minutes, running up and down the court, I'm breathing so hard that shit in my sinus cavity, chest, and everywhere else is breaking up.

The ride home is a loogie-fest out the window.

i always have a hell of a hard time getting my ears to pop on air planes, and mostly afterwards when you are talking to some power tripping customs officer and you cant make out what the hell is going on cause all you want is your ears to pop.

I often have sinus infections, too.   I find irrigating them in the shower really helps.  It takes practice, but well worth it.  But when I do get an infection, as soon as I see bright yellow or orange, I get on antibiotics right away. (Augmentin works best for me)
