Rush: "Obama and the state-run drive by media..."
« on: July 15, 2009, 05:56:53 PM »
So wait a second...

Who ran the "state-run" media for the 8 years while Bush was in office?

And why didn't Rush complain then? ???

Considering the cozy relationship the media has with Barry and the PR bullshit coming out of the White House...I'd say there wasn't one until Barry got himself elected. I know for a fact that u didn't miss the last 8 years. Did it seem to u the media was cozy with Bush? They all want to spoon with Barry.

YES

in the beginning of his term, the media loved Dubya.

Right around the time the public learned about WMD and 911 fishiness, suddenly public opinion swayed, and, media opinion swayed too.

I watched msnbc nonstop after 911.  they LOVED dubya

Any MSNBC host ever say "they get chills running up their legs" listening to Bush??Please, the idea that you even try to compare the coverage Obama gets to Bush makes you loose credibility.

Learned?  I think you mean "were mislead."  Business as usual for the lefty loons in news reporting.

Rush is right.  Obama was considered the least media friendly during the campaign and yet the media are in his pocket, swooning.  They ran more stories about Palin's "troopergate" hyping it to be a scandal than they did on Ayers, Rev. Wright, Rezco, and Obama's radical history, citizenship, etc.

Unfortunately the geniuses in DC have yet to declassify anything with exonerating potential.

There was no 9/11 fishiness.

In fairness to Obama he can deliver a heck of a speech as evidence by 100,000+ turnouts to hear him speak.  Bush on the other hand is, from what i understand, a charismatic guy and very personable in small groups, but put him in front of a camera of thousands of people and well we've all seen the footage.

In fairness to Obama he can read a heck of a speech on a teleprompter as evidence by 100,000+ turnouts to hear him read a teleprompter.

100,000+??  Where during the campaign did this happen?

So was another great orator able to get huge crowds in the 1930's.

BTW - without the teleprompter, Obama is incoherent.

Yes Hitler was a great speaker.  So were Lincoln, JFK, MLK to name a few.

Incorrect.  On the campaign trail he was pretty poor without a prompt.  However, with more time to revise what will be said he is perfectly fine without one as evidenced by bbc recently filming his teleprompter breaking mid sentence and Obama not missing a beat.

I see.  They have it, they're just hiding it.  nice.

Also, the 911 commissioners who wrote the report have been very vocal about the fishiness.  I guess you know more than kean and hamilton, huh?

Another instance of speaking out of your ass, I see.  Next time try looking into something BEFORE you talk about it.

I know all the CTs you touted the last 6 years were bullshit.  Unfortunately many more people fell for that nonsense.

We never landed on the moon either.

weird that an incoherent man was able to defeat mccain and hilary in debates.
no teleprompter there.

Also 22 months of being interviewed on a daily basis by reporters.
no teleprompter there.

Blair, bush, Cheney, Powell, and Rove have all admitted there were no WMD.
The chairs of the 911 commish say we need another investigation - one called the first one 'a whitewash'.

Yet brix knows more than any of these folks, huh?

Bush can't speak well either and he was elected.  Twice.

Those "reporters" haven't exactly been asking him tough questions either, considering they shake in ecstasy and excitement knowing they can have words with the messiah.

Admitting we didn't find any in country and considering many were moved/dismantled is a lot different than them not existing in the first place.  As usual 240 aims to twist.

And we both agreed we can use another investigation.  If and when it happens people like yourself will continue to construct falsehoods and tell stories.  Unless you forget all the insanity you've posted in prior years?  :)
