It can/has become a problem for some folks.
But just as many can drink it in moderation and have no ill effects.
Case in point:
I can go a few days without it.
I don’t get edgy or get the shakes or any such shit.
I have no problem functioning, but with coffee I feel more alert, more focused, my workouts are more intense, and I feel more positive in general.
These are all bonuses in my book, and the antioxidants in coffee specifically further justify its use to me.
Like anything else, just don’t let it consume you.
Now if you’re one of those people who can’t make it through the day without popping No-Doz like M&M’s, then it’s time to rethink things.
