Ben will smoke johnny in the bench. Johnny will catch up in the Deadlift....
It really depends on how much Ben is able to pull....

I still think, overall, Johnny is stronger.  All Ben does is bench.  Most of his lifts have not been in meets as Johnny's has been.

that guy is just doing bp.  coleman was doing other exercisers.  not saying coleman is stronger, they have to be doing the same thing with no additional activity.

ben will beat johnny in the bench but johnny will def beat ben in the deadlift at least by 100lbs...

Good point. Not to mention Ronnie had an injury when that was filmed.

That being said, doing 505 lb for 9 reps raw on the bench is just crazy.
