That video is full of lies

Al Individual Health Insurance Polices are guaranteed renewable for life,  the only way to lose your coverage is to drop it yourself. ( stop paying for it)

Employer based Plans are converted to a Cobra plan, once you leave your work or get fired.

States have High Rick Insurance Pools,  set up for people that  dont have insurance, and  cant get approved for a individual plan because of their pre-existing conditions

heart surgery being considered and elective surgery ?   another lie

6 month waiting period to get triple bypass  ?  another flat out lie.

Now here is the truth:

We already have free coverage for children, for pregnant woman, for people with a disability, and for seniors.

What we don't have is free insurance for the people who have nothing wrong with them, except their desire to have someone else pay for their tab, so they dont have to.

Here is the solution:

If you are an adult under the age of 65, of able mind and body,  and you don't have health insurance, go get a job that will offer you health insurance, and if they don't or wont,  or you are self employed,  go buy it yourself,  and stop expecting others to take care of you.  Even if you have to drop your Cable, Internet, cigarettes, fast food, going out to eat, beer, supplements, movies, bowling, etc.... to pay for it.

Hey jackass, do you realize the nasty details in this bill?

Seniors have to go to a mandatory 5 year interview about Death Care.

Get a job you lazy slob and stop expecting everyone else to pay for your lazy ass.

Did you read the specifics of the bill? It's cost? It failures? The CBO's numbers?

Obviously not, because you , on cue, bring up an evil conservative boogeyman to distract and deflect from the facts.

When all else fails, bring up O'Reilly or Hannity.

Who cant afford it ?

truth:  The majority of the time, that same person who cant afford it,  spends 50 a week on cigarettes, beer, and lotto tickets

Why is this my problem...why do I have to pay. Why do normal people have to budget for it while others just get it free?

at what price would make you happy ?

as mentioned already, most people can get health insurance for less than what they spend on beer and cigarettes each week

I'm not entirely sure I trust that number.  First off, if the policy holders were healthier, theres a pretty good chance their premiums would be cheap.

I just talked to my dad and he told me about the insurance his company offered.

He pays 250 for him, and 300 for my mom per month.

When me and my brother were kids(until we were out of the house) he paid a total of 150 a month for both of us.  We'll call that 200 dollars now.

550x12
     +
200x12
     =
9000 dollars

Thats almost 3000 dollars less than the figure quoted.

500 dollar deductible, 15 dollar co pay for doc visits, 10 scripts.
