This is the 5 year old son of Melvin Manhoef,watch the speed at the 4.14 mark.And Melvins got a physique as good as most pro`s,so its still bodybuilding related.

The kid is pretty impressive and what do you care if it's bodybuilding related or not? lol 60% isn't

Epic, they even have the same hairstyle lol.

sadly for the kid he may end up being 5ft.8 shortass and get his ass kicked by guys over 6ft.

i'm not sure which kid is the best.  i'd take the little boxer to cuba or pr and train with jrs.  let that mma kid train with brasilians.  see what they look like in the yrs to come if they stay hungry and really enjoy what they are doing

lol..as soon as i saw the kid from the the opening post, I thought about this kid also.

and the kid is using 16 oz gloves it seems. lol There are grown a$$ men at my gym that don't even wear 16's or they take them off alot. Kids going full speed with them on. lol
