I find it odd on a BBing board that so many men are confused about muscle and bodyfat.

If a woman trains, she gets more curves, the sweep of her hams and quads, curves on her arms, a huge round butt.

If she diets down and gets ripped and veins, it is temporary, and the majority of the photos are taken within two days of a comp to get that dehydrated, vascular look.

If a woman stays natural, off season FBBers/figure go back to looking like normal woman for the most part.

I haven't seen anyone complain about women training. It can only enhance a woman.

When drugs are in the mix things change. But initially a little bit of steroids can enhance a woman's sexiness. After a while it starts to take its toll.
