Ideal Physique for a WOMAN in my opinion.

I know there are some of you who think women look better if they never do any exercise and just eat shit all day and stay at 20% bodyfat but this thread is not for you.

Yes i accept the fact that most women don't and never will exercise and i do find those kind attractive also, but this is talking about ideals. Though i saw women at the gym who couldn't bench press a barbell with no weight on it and that was a pretty pathetic sight...

This is the ideal physique for a woman in my opinion, maybe abit less muscle but i think they can attain this naturally.

Remember we are talking Neck DOWN so don't judge it based on the face lol and yes she has bigger arms than some getbiggers like ironneck and that's sad.

Before she turned into a juicer, Juliette Bergman was gorgeous.

When a woman is 20% bodyfat or under, she is in the 'athletic' range of bodyfat, essential bodyfat is between 10-14%.

The woman you posted is probably around 10-12%.
