I was thinking the same thing. I feel for him as he seems like a nice guy, but this doesn't help the "bb aren't athletes" attitude.

The intersting thing is that Kai carries more mass than Heath and Kai is very athletic while Heath is less athletic than the normal person.

It was just a cramp - could happen to anyone, bodybuilders or otherwise. And he's not trying to do the Iron cross guys - just a pose he's done many times before.

Good to see he's OK. Phil's a class act and a great bodybuilder.

You could see the Knee pop.
So either it dislocated and then popped right back into place, or something fucking wierd happened.

What are you talking about? He himself said that it was a cramp and that he'd been cramping up all day, especially inside that place cause it was so hot. I too thought it was a dislocated knee, until he said it was just a cramp. The audio is not very clear, but you can definitely make out what he says.

Haha I agree and like I said, I too thought he'd popped his knee, when he just winced, rolled over and lay there.

Phil browses Getbig all the time, so maybe he can tell us what happened next time he logs back in. I hope he shows up for the Olympia in top shape.
