I can say with confidence that Ernie has never used oil in his life.

He does however have a rare form of edema, in which excess fluid builds around the tricep area.

There are pictures floating around of him as a teen, and his arms look the same

He had the nerve to claim his arms were 22". If the guy removed the oil, watch those babies deflate to 16" MAX.

shut the fuck up-------I guess the edema happened to cause the scar tissue around the skin on his triceps too

he was one dumb fuck----he had a great physique and could have won some of the smaller shows if he hadnt fucked his tri's up so bad $:-\$

I wonder what his arms look like now after he's been retired for awhile, any news on him??
