I'm actually very impressed with Phil's improvements. I want jay to come in at his best condition, but if he comes in worse (as he has progressively done lately) its up for grabs. I'll put my money on Victor, 2nd/3rd between Dexter/Jay. Don't think Kai will beat out Phil, but it is possible I guess.

Just watched the video. You can see his knee cap seems to shift as he goes down to do the pose. Looked like it would have hurt. I imagine that pose could be quite akward as it puts that out stretched knee/leg in a fairly akward position and i guess he put some weight on it and it kinda "popped".

Are you saying that the door is WIDE open for jay to take the title this year even if he show up the way he did in 2007\2008  

If so, that’s must be the worst Olympia we will ever have..  

By the way, Phil knee is ok, just an over stretch for its joint and I don’t think it will affect his prep. I wish him taking the title this year.
