i agree with you.....these guys are all playing the size game.....and they are not keeing a nice balanced physique.......you will lose your lines and symmetry.....looks like the only guys that realize that are dexter, darrem and troy!

push the hell out of his shoulders to catch with his arms. he's offseason so up - bottom balance is hard to see...but it looks like he'll colemen type leg size down the road to catch the upper. great arms but they seem like a bit of a curse.

I thought the same thing, but if you look carefully he is not holding Phil's arm, but he has his wrist flexed in such a way and at the right height that it looks like he is holding Phils arm. Look again...

Timing is everything bro.. when phil heath showed up on stage the first time, he deffinately needed to add 20-25 solid pounds to be unstopable... BUT NOT 20-25 lbs IN ONE YEAR !!! thats the whole reason these new guys fuck up alot. Look at all the Mr. O's, and look at the weight difference between their 2 shows, i would say maybe 5-6 solid pounds in a year, not 25lbs from one show to another.

being big doesnt necessarily mean being unaesthetic. and being small doesnt necessarily mean being aesthetic.

phils packed on a ton of size very quickjly- but he still has a good x-frame, tight abdominals, and clear seperation and striations.
