Just heard Johnny on the PBW show. He aint taken Ben seriously at all. Said he will train for only an hour each week to prepare for the contest against Ben. He seriously hates the guy. Was laughing at him. Funny as shitt.

I can't get PBW till tomorrow, but I have to agree with Johny O...on Ben I am the greatest White.

The only thing Ben has over JJ are swollen nipples.

JJ shoudln't even waste his time with this. Ben is simply trying to keep his name in curculation. Hell, I shouldn't even given this thread anymore life than it deserves.

Ronnie basically laughed off Johnnie's request to compete against him in powerlifting. It could just be that Ronnie had nothing to gain from it and didn't want to risk losing.

JOJ can't actually squat that much can he? I mean in his videos he works all the way up to about 365, then it cuts to the next excercise.

He can deadlift a lot. But of the three big lifts, if White wins bench, then it will be close.

Ronnie seemed to be able to bench a lot, but also squat and dead even more impressively, so no wonder he laughed at JOJ's challenge.

Will be interesting to see what happens. Is it all three lifts?

Here are some of JOJ's numbers:
Bench Press (1 rep max.): 565 lb
Deadlift ( 1 rep max.): 850 lb
Squat (1 rep max.): 825 lb

I know that he has done the deadlift at official meets and come close in bench (his official was 540 from 2001). I have not read anything about his squat being official, but he has posted an above 700 squat at a meet.

I know we have seen video of Ben benching, but does he have any official numbers or records?

Johnnie should have said either it's all 3 lifts or the deal's off. If you really want to know who the strongest is, you should perform all 3.

im no big fan of them over there at RX, matter of fact, i think they are douchebags.............. .but i was just listening to PBW and find it amazing that they talked about this "competition", and had on johnnie jackson........but none of them mentioned that this whole thing was romanos and palumbo's brainchild, even johnnie jackson.....who was the one being interviewed when they came up with the idea.

jackson was like "robin chang heard something i said on another radio show"................total lie
