Here's the guy who won, on the same day, the Provincial Overall and Mr Montreal on the same fucking day.

He didn't need any "last minute" should injections and prolly took less than half the gear this tool ought to take..

he didn't take much gear at all, the guy who did his prep for that show is a friend of mine

dude looks AWESOME in the gym !
