I don't always post negative things, what about the arnold/titus montages/ talk about training/nutrition etc. But somtimes when everyone else is being negative it's hard to make positive posts.

P.s MethodGNA still waiting for your picture and the reason i asked him to post a picture with his arm held out from his body is that it would probably look smaller due to not being pushed out with fat etc and would be easier to judge true size. note that he declined to do so and hes been training twice aslong as me.

note: im probably 12-14% bodyfat now max maybe less

Looks like half the tip is missing and the people in the back ground look like they're just going about their day in a normal fashion like nothing is wrong. Except that you're missing part of your middle finger and taking a picture of it and they don't even notice.

Hope you got it fixed and didn't have to get it cut off or anything like that.
