He looks good no question and I can even believe just on the photographic evidence that he achieved his 8 week goal without gear. But come on, there is no way in that pic that he is 6% for a start and a gain of 50 odd pounds of muscle - cough...cough...sneeze.. .bullshit...
But apart from that good luck to him. Didn't know he was 44 years old either. From my own experience when you resume training after a substantial layoff (I have come back to training after 4 years off too) and I'm growing like a weed at 38 years old and hardening up too which is something I found difficult to do when I was younger. The body now just naturally wants to refine itself and lose fat.
