I am healthy (for a change) and it is still summer up here, I have to go outside and enjoy the weather before the Wolves and Polar Bears come back. |

Mark Twain said the coldest winter he ever spent was a summer in San Francisco... we don't average that warm  This year has sucked tremendously as well, maybe only 10 day total of bikini weather, but it is still good for the bike. I LOVE riding m bike in the rain, can't figure out why exactly but it is sort of euphoric and one of the most relaxing things I do. |

How about start next week..??  I've already rebound, lol. This is from Monday morning. My veins were popping out like they never have. I'm guessing it was all the sugar and carbs I had Saturday & Sunday, lol (donut, pancakes, pasta, cheesecake, M&Ms, granola, etc.) |
