Again..not to hog up the thread by multiple posting..but damn you look great! Mike definately keeps me motivated on this fricken diet...and he was right, after the 3rd week I did start dreaming of food. Pad Thai noodles last night... $:-\$

I am healthy (for a change) and it is still summer up here, I have to go outside and enjoy the weather before the Wolves and Polar Bears come back.
